三七总皂苷对大脑基底核损伤动物模型大脑神经元突触素的影响
Effects of the Panax notoginseng saponins on the level of synaptophysul protein in brain in rat model with lesion of Meynert
【摘要】 目的:观察三七总皂苷(PNS)对大脑基底核损伤动物模型突触素(SYP)损害的保护作用。方法:以D-半乳糖腹腔注射致亚急性损伤合并鹅膏蕈氨酸(IBA)定位注射损毁双侧大脑Meynert基底核建立老年性痴呆(AD)大鼠动物模型,利用免疫组织化学方法检测大脑切片突触素SYP免疫反应活性。结果:PNS能明显减轻由D-半乳糖损害和鹅膏蕈氨酸损毁导致的大脑突触素SYP免疫反应活性水平。结论:PNS对AD动物模型大脑神经元突触素SYP的损害具有保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the protective effect of Panax notoginseng saponins(FNS) on the level of synaptophysin protein in brain in rat model with Alzheimer’s disease(AD). Method: The AD rat models were established by intra-peritoneal injection of D-galactose combined with excitatory neurotoxin ibotenic acid injection into bilateral nbM. The activity and content of synaptophysin protein in brain were determined by immuno-histochemistry analysis. Result: PNS could reduce the lesion of level of synaptophysin protein in brain, as compared with those of model group’s rats. Conclusion: PNS plays a protective role by reducing downof the level of synaptophysin protein in brain in lesion of AD animal model.
