【摘要】 目的:研究华山松松塔的化学成分。方法:溶剂法和色谱法分离化合物,波谱法鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物,其结构鉴定为sandaracopimaricacid(Ⅰ),isodextropimaricacid(Ⅱ),12-hydroxyabieticacid(Ⅲ),dehydroabieticacid(Ⅳ),15-hydroxydehydroabieticacid(Ⅴ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(Ⅵ)和胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ～Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study chemical constituents from pine cone of Pinus armandii . Method: The constituents were isolated by chromatographic method and the structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis. Result: Seven compounds were identified as sandaracopimaric acid (Ⅰ), isodextropimaric acid (Ⅱ), 12-hydroxyabietic acid (Ⅲ), dehydroabietic acid (Ⅳ), 15-hydroxydehydroabietic acid (Ⅴ), β-sitosterol (Ⅵ)and daucosterol (Ⅶ).
