【摘要】 目的:分析食管癌中医辨证分型与病理学分型的关系并观察疗效。方法:对食管癌进行术前辨证分型,术后化疗合并中药治疗,随访观察,比较生存率。结果:肝郁气滞型、气滞痰凝型分化程度较好,恶性度较低,且生存率高,肝郁气滞型3年和5年生存率分别为76.1%,68.7%,气滞痰凝型3年和5年生存率分别为73.7%,60.5%。与气滞血瘀型、脾胃虚寒型、气血两虚型3年、5年生存率比较有显著差异。结论:肝郁气滞型与气滞痰凝型3年、5年生存率显著高于其他证型,中医辨证施治可能对改善患者5年生存率有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relation between the classification of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and histopathology in moderate-late stages of esophageal carcinoma and to observe the therapeutic effects of various types Methods sixty-eight patients with moderate-late stages of esophageal carcinoma were classified by syndrome differentiation preoperatively,receiving combined chemotherapy and Chinese herbal treatment. Followed up closely to the observed results,then the 3- and 5-yeart survival rates were determined and compared among various syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine. Results Most carcinoma of the type of stagnation of lever qi and of the type of stagnation of phlegm and qi were highly differentiated and low degree of malignancy in histopathology, which might have high-survival rate: 3-and 5-year survival rate were 76.1%, 68.7% and 73.7%, 60.5% respectively with statistical significant differences (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion Patients with moderate-late stages of esophageal carcinoma should receive combined treatment with emphasis on treatment based on syndrome differentiation .So as to improve the patient’s quality of living and prolong the survival time.更多还原
