【摘要】 目的:探讨一效膏对糖尿病肢端坏疽创面愈合的影响及作用机理。方法:糖尿病肢端坏疽病人80例,分成一效膏外用组和无菌换药组,观察创面愈合的情况;并用Western蛋白质印迹的方法检测创面愈合过程中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的基因表达情况。结果:一效膏外用组创面愈合率为35%,总有效率为92.5%,明显高于无菌换药组(P<0.05),且创面EGFR蛋白表达水平明显高于治疗前及无菌换药组(P<0.05)。结论:一效膏能明显促进创面的愈合,其机理之一是一效膏能明显提高创面EGFR的表达水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the healing action and mechanism of Chinese herbal drug Yixiao ointment on gangrene wound complicated by diabetes Methods Eighty patients with diabetic foot gangrene were divided into two groups,40 cases were treated with Yixiao ointment,and the other 40 cases (control group) by conventional treatment.The efficacy of treatment was judged according to the local presentations of the wound.Western blotting was applied to investigate the gene expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).Results The healing rate of Yixiao ointment group was 35% and the total effective rate was 92.5%,the protein expression of EGFR increased after Yixiao ointment treatment,which was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Yixiao ointment treatment can promote the healing processes,probably through increasing the EGFR level in the wound.更多还原
