【摘要】 目的:探讨前列腺肉瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法:对6例前列腺肉瘤的临床症状、实验室检查、病理类型、手术方式及预后进行分析。结果:直肠指检:前列腺巨大,质软。PSA检查正常。病理:平滑肌肉瘤1例、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤2例、未分化间叶源性肿瘤1例、横纹肌肉瘤1例、低度恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤1例。3例给予手术及放、化疗,3例自动出院。结论:前列腺肉瘤的治疗包括以手术、放疗、化疗为主的综合治疗。前列腺肉瘤病程发展极快,预后不良。前列腺淋巴肉瘤预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the diagnosis and effective treatment of prostate sarcoma. Methods: The symptom, examination, operation, pathology and prognosis were analyzed in six patients with prostate sarcoma. Results: The patients’ average age was 38. Dysuria was the initial symptom in most cases and defecation was difficult in the later. DRE showed that prostate was huge and soft. The result of PSA was normal. Pathological diagnosis demonstrated leiomyosarcoma in one case, malignant fibrous tissue tumor in two, undifferentiated lobus intermedius-source tumor in one, rhabdomyosarcoma in one and non-Hodgkin lymphoma with low malignancy in one. Three subjects received operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy and another three were discharged with no treatment. Conclusions: Operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the main therapies for prostate sarcoma. The process of disease develops rapidly and the prognosis is very poor. The lymphosarcoma of prostate has a good prognosis.更多还原
