【摘要】 目的观察乐沙定(LOHP)联合甲酰四氢叶酸(FA)及氟尿嘧啶(5Fu)持续静脉输注治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法LOHP85mg/m2,静脉点滴2～3h,d1;FA100mg/m2,静脉点滴2h;5Fu400mg/m2,静脉推注,并继以5Fu600mg/m2,持续静脉点滴22h,d1,d2。每2周为1周期,至少应用3周期后评价疗效。结果全部病例均可评价疗效,CR1例(4.3%),PR9例(39.1%),总有效率43.5%。主要毒性反应为恶心呕吐、白细胞减少和外周神经毒性,但多数患者反应轻微。结论乐沙定联合FA及5Fu持续静脉输注治疗晚期胃癌疗效确切,且毒性反应轻微,具有较好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the regimen including eloxatin(L-OHP), fluorouracil (5-Fu) and folinic acid (FA) in treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Twenty-three patients entered the study.The patients received L-OHP 85 mg/m2 (iv,2 h) d1, FA 100 mg/m2 (iv,2 h) d1 and d2, 5-Fu 400 mg/m2 (iv,bolus)and 5-Fu 600 mg/m2 (22 h continuous infusion), d1 and d2.The treatment was repeated every 2 weeks as a cycle. Efficacy was evaluated after at least 3 cycles.Results All patients could be evaluated.There were 1 CR(4.3%) and 9 PR(39.1%) and the overall response rate was 43.5%. Main toxic reactions were mild nausea/vomiting, neutropenia and peripheral neuropathy.Conclusion Eloxatin combined with 5-Fu/FA shows good efficacy and acceptable toxicity. This regimen may be valuable for advanced gastric cancer patients.更多还原
