【摘要】 目的检测胆囊癌细胞凋亡PCNA比值与胆囊癌预后的关系。方法对38例胆囊癌石蜡包埋组织应用原位末端标记法(TUNEL)及免疫组化技术进行检测。结果不同分化程度癌组织中细胞凋亡和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的阳性率不同。分化程度高,细胞凋亡率高,PCNA阳性率低;分化程度低,细胞凋亡率低,PCNA阳性率高。结论细胞凋亡率与PCNA阳性率二者的比值可作为评估胆囊癌分化程度、判断患者预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ratio of expression in gallbladder carcinoma cell about apoptosis and the proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),and to study the relation between the ratio and the prediction of the gallbladder carcinoma.Methods TUNEL and immunohistochemisty staining were adopted with 38 cases.Results The expression of the apoptosis and PCNA in the carcinoma tissue with different differentiation are different.In high differentiation,the expression of apoptosis is high,of PCNA is low.Conclusion The ratio of them can be considered as evaluation of the grade of the differentiation and the paramete in predicting the gallbladder carcinoma.更多还原
