【摘要】 目的:观察颈痛方治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:取颈型颈椎病患者148例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别给与颈痛方内服外熨加推拿手法和颈复康颗粒内服加推拿手法治疗,并观察对比两组疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率为78.2%。总有效率97.4%;对照组治愈率57.1%,总有效率81.4%,两者经统计学处理,有显著差异。结论:颈痛方内服外熨配合推拿治疗颈型颈椎病疗效优于颈复康加推拿治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jingtong Prescription in treatment of the cervical spondylosis with the neck type.Methods:148 cases of the cervical spondylosis with the neck type were grouped randomly into the treatment group and the control group,treated with oral administrated Jingtong Prescription associated with manipulative therapy and oral administrated Jingfukang-granule associated with manipulative therapy.The curative effects were compared by observation.Results:The curative ratio of treatment group was 78.2%,the total effective ratio was 97.4%;the curative ratio of control group was 57.1%,the total effective ratio 81.4%.there was significant difference between two groups by statistical analysis.Conclusions:The curative effect of Jingtong Prescription associated with manipulative therapy was better than Jingfukang-granule associated with manipulative therapy.更多还原
