【摘要】 目的 :观察痛风宁颗粒对慢性痛风性关节炎患者血尿酸、血沉、血脂及血流变学的影响。方法 :60例慢性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组 ,分别采用痛风宁颗粒及丙碘舒治疗 ,一个月对比观察血尿酸、血沉、CHO、TG、HDL-C、全血低切比粘度 (NB)、全血高切还原粘度、血沉、CHO、TG、NB、NN、HT、PAO均显著下降 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,HDL-C显著升高 ,疗效优于对照组。结论 :痛风宁颗粒对慢性痛风性关节炎及其合并症均有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of TongFengNing gfranules on the blood uric acid,blood lipid,erythrocytic sdimentation rate and hemorrheology of with chronic gouty arthritis.Methods:60 cases of patients with chronic gouty arthirits were divided into two groups and treated with TongfengNing granules and Probenecid.One month later,the indexes of blood uric acid(UA),blood lipid(CHO,TG,HDL-C),erythrocytic sdimentation rate(ESR) and hemorrheology(NB,NN,HT,PAO) were tested.Results:The indexes of UA,ESR,CHO,TG,NB,NN,HT,PAO in TongFengNing group were decreased distinctly,while HDL-C indecreased distinctly,and the effect was better than that of Probenecid group.Conclusions:TongFengNing granules is effective on treating chronic gouty arthritis and its complications.更多还原
