【摘要】 目的:观察针刺对乳腺增生病影像、血流动力的影响和临床疗效。方法:选择95例乳腺增生病患者随机分为针刺治疗组(60例)和对照组(35例),分别采用针刺和乳癖消贴膏外敷治疗,均治疗3个疗程,观察各组临床疗效、治疗前后增生腺体声像图、血流动力学、乳房红外线扫描及乳腺钼钯X线征象变化。结果:治疗组在降低乳腺增生腺体的血流阻力指数、改善乳腺组织的X线征象、减轻腺体的灰阶度及血管类型明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);临床总有效率为95.0%。结论:针刺对乳腺增生病有显著的临床疗效,并且能降低乳腺增生腺体的血流阻力指数,改善乳腺组织的X线征象,减轻腺体的灰阶度及血管类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe therapeutic effect of acupuncture on hyperplasia of mammary gland and its effects on images and hemodynamics in mammary gland. Methods Ninety-five cases were randomly divided into acupuncture group (n=60) and control group (n=35). They were treated respectively by acupuncture and external application of Rupixiaotie Plaster for 3 courses. Their clinical therapeutic effects, and changes of acoustic images of hyperplastic gland and hemodynamics, infrared scanning of mammary gland and images of X-ray of molybdenum palladium of the breast were investigated. Results In the treatment group, blood flow resistance index (RI) in hyperliferative mammary gland was decreased, the images of X-ray and forms of blood vessels were improved, the dark degree of gland reduced, which all were superior to those of the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); the total effective rate was 95.0%. Conclusion Acupuncture has a remarkable therapeutic effect, and it can reduce the blood flow resistance index in the hyperliferative mammary gland, improve the images of X-ray of mammary tissue and the form of blood vessels and decrease the dark degree of the gland.更多还原
