【摘要】 目的:寻找提高治疗白癜风疗效的方法。方法:将116例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各58例,治疗组在神灯照射下用特制的电梅花针叩刺患处并配合穴位埋线治疗,对照组外搽适确得霜。观察其近期疗效和远期疗效。结果:治疗组近期有效率为98.3％,对照组有效率为74.1％,经统计学处理,P<0.05,两者间差异有显著性意义。结论:神灯下电梅花针叩刺结合穴位埋线治疗白癜风疗效较好,且无明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To search for a method for increasing therapeutic effect on vitiligo. Methods One hundred and sixteen cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 58 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with electro-plum-blossom needle therapy plus catgut implantation at local acupoints under TDP radiation, and the control group with external application of sicorten. Their short-term and long-term therapeutic effects were observed. Results The short-term total effective rate was 98. 3 % in the treatment group and 74. 1% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion Electro-plum-blossom needle therapy plus catgut implantation at acupoints has a better therapeutic effect on vitiligo with no adverse effect.更多还原
