遗传算法在船舶动力机械混合隔振系统优化设计中的应用
Application of Genetic Algorithm in Optimization Design of Hybrid Vibration Isolation System
【摘要】 阐明了混合隔振问题的实质就是综合被动隔振系统和主动控制系统的多目标联合优化设计。运用子结构导纳综合法分析了应用混合隔振技术的双层隔振系统的功率流传递特性。采用遗传算法对混合隔振系统进行了优化设计,并作了数值仿真。
【Abstract】 The hybrid vibration isolation technology combines the technology of passive and active vibration isolation,and synthesizes the advantages of both of them. Hence,it can isolate the vibration within the whole concerned frequency domain.The essence of hybrid vibration isolation technology is a multi-objective optimization design problem of the passive and the active vibration isolation system.In this paper the characteristic of the power flow transmission in a two-stage vibration isolation system with the hybrid vibration isolation technology is analyzed by substructure mobility synthesis technique.A new approach is taken to formulate a multi-objective optimization problem as a single-objective optimization problem.It is well known that genetic algorithm(GA) is a kind of stochastic search algorithms and can solve difficult problems with objective functions that do not possess nice properties such as linearity,continuity,differentiability,etc.Therefore,in this paper the optimal hybrid vibration isolation system is designed with genetic algorithm and the numerical simulation is carried out.The simulation results show that the genetic algorithm can solve the global optimization problem effectively,and the isolation effectiveness of the hybrid vibration isolation system is much better than that of the passive isolation system in the whole concerned frequency domain.
