【Abstract】 Laccase(EC1.10.3.2)is a polyphenolic oxidase.Many laccase substrates are environmental pollutants.Laccase can decompose lignin and eliminate toxicity of phenoxy pesticides and liquid waste of petrol industry etc.Because of the above functions,laccase has been broadly used in different industrial areas such as in papermaking,foodstuff and so on and has extensive application prospects.Recently,some study involved in laccase immobilization has been carried out at home.Immobilization and application of laccase are reviewed in this paper.更多还原
