【Abstract】 Headbox is the key part of the paper machine and has significant influence on the paper quality. Nowadays the tapered header distributor is used in most of the headboxes through which the pulp enters headbox from sideway. However, tapered header distributor has its inherent limitation. The paper discussed the limitation of tapered header distributor from the aspects of manufacture and design principle. Its influence on pulp distribution and paper quality was also analyzed.更多还原
