无机电解质对纸浆保水值的影响研究
Influences of Inorganic Electrolytes on WRV of Pulp
【摘要】 研究了钠离子、钙离子以及相应的氯化物、硫酸盐对纸浆保水值(WRV)的影响。对不同离子浓度、不同处理作用时间下的纸浆WRV进行了分析比较,发现氯化钠的含量和处理时间对纤维的保水值有一定的增加趋势;硫酸钠的含量及作用时间对纸浆的保水值几乎没有改变;而氯化钙对纸浆的WRV有降低作用;硫酸钠和氯化钙同时存在于浆中,其含量及作用时间使纸浆WRV略升高。研究也表明无机盐电解质及其作用时间对长纤维纸浆的WRV影响很小,相反对细小纤维纸浆的WRV影响较大。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the influence of inorganic electrolytes such as Na+, Ca2+ , Cl-, SO2- 4 ions on WRV of pulp was studied. The result showed that the WRV of pulp has an increasing trend with rising of Na+, Cl-ion consistency and increasing of treatment time. The contents of Na+, SO2- 4 and the treatment time with Na2SO4 have no influence on WRV. Ca2+ ion will decrease WRV, but slightly increase the WRV when it appears with Na+, SO2- 4 together. It also showed that inorganic salt ions also have no influence on WRV of long fiber pulp, but have significant influence on WRV of the fines.
