白腐菌对二次纤维的脱墨作用
Deinking of Old Newspaper with White Rot Fungus
【摘要】 研究了白腐菌对二次纤维的脱墨作用。利用白腐菌蔗渣培养产生的粗酶液对国产旧新闻纸浆进行脱墨,探讨了在不同培养条件下白腐菌的脱墨效果。在不添加任何外源营养因子条件下,白腐菌对纸浆有一定的脱墨效果,纸浆的有效残留油墨浓度ERIC值为535.5mg/kg,而对照浆的ERIC值为652.5mg/kg,ERIC值有所下降。在加入用量为0.001%黎芦醇和用量为0.01%~0.1%MgSO4条件下,脱墨效果比较明显,纸浆的白度和物理强度下降幅度有所减轻。白腐菌脱墨过程可以分为3个阶段,首先酶作用使油墨与纤维的结合发生初步松弛;然后是纤维表面层被各种酶”蚕蚀”而呈现鱼鳞片块状剥离,最后是油墨粒子经洗涤和浮选后被除去。
【Abstract】 This study was carried out to explore the white rot fungus deinking effect on ONP. Deinking of ONP was carried out with the raw enzyme liquid extracted from bagasse culture of white rot fungus. Experiment results showed that white rot fungus had obvious deinking effect when cultured in the pulp ONP without extraneous nutrients, ERIC value reduced from 652.5mg/kg to 535.5mg/kg. After 0.001% veratryl alcohol and 0.01%~0.1% MgSO4 were added into the culture, more obvious effect of deinking was found, the decrease amplitude of the brightness and physical strength of the deinked pulp was reduced. The deinking of ONP by white rot fungus can be divided into three stages, firstly, primitive loosening between ONP fiber and ink particles takes place causing by the action of lignin-degrading enzymes on the surface of ONP fiber, then silk wormy erosion on lignin of surface of fiber happens and lead to peeling separation of ink participle, and finally the scaly ink participles are flushed away by further washing and flotation procedure.
