提高碱性过氧化氢机械浆白度及白度稳定性的研究
Improvement of Brightness and Brightness-Stability of Alkaline Peroxide Mechanical Pulp of Fast-Growing Aspen
【摘要】 研究了不同化学药品对速生杨碱性H2O2机械浆白度的影响,并探讨了硼氢化钠和辅助助剂NSA对改善其白度稳定性的作用。结果表明,加入适量的化学品(NaOH用量6%、H2O2用量6%和Na2SiO3用量3%)可以获得高白度的APMP浆。添加硼氢化钠和NSA有助于提高APMP浆的白度及改善其白度稳定性,对本试验APMP浆,硼氢化钠和NSA适宜用量分别为0.4%、0.4%。
【Abstract】 Effect of different chemicals on the brightness of alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp (APMP) of fast-growing aspen was studied. The function of sodium borohydride and NSA on brightness stability of APMP was also investigated. The results showed that: high brightness APMP can be obtained by adding appropriate dosage of chemicals (NaOH, H2O2 and Na2SiO3). Brightness stability of APMP can be improved by adding NaBH4 and NSA.
