亚硫酸镁盐法浆短序无污染漂白

【摘要】 进行亚硫酸镁盐法竹子/蔗渣浆的酸预处理(A)和酸预处理浆的压力H2O2漂白(Po)。结果表明,在实验条件下,优选出的压力H2O2漂白条件为温度80℃,时间70min,NaOH用量2.5%,Na2SiO3用量4.0%。在优化漂白条件下,A处理浆漂白效果好,APo漂浆白度达到82.0%ISO。预处理浆和原浆的Po漂白实验证明,本Po漂白工艺是适合镁盐法竹子/蔗渣浆的短序高效无污染漂白工艺。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly studies on the pressured hydrogen peroxide bleaching (i.e. Po) of magnesium-based sulfite bamboo/bagasse pulp, which is pretreated with sulfuric acid. The experiment result indicates that the optimal conditions are as follows: temperature 80℃, time 70 min, the dosage of Na2SiO3 4.0% and the charge of NaOH 2.5%. Under these optimized conditions, the brightness of the bleached pulp is up to 82.0%ISO while the kappa number is 6.8. Evidently the Po process is an effective bleaching process with non-pollution, which is suitable for this kind of pulp.
