【摘要】 目的:比较葛根芩连汤饮片汤剂、配方颗粒汤剂中黄芩苷含量。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定葛根芩连汤中黄芩苷含量。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸(65∶35);流速:1mL.min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长:280nm。结果:配方颗粒汤剂中黄芩苷含量为14.69mg.g-1;饮片汤剂中黄芩苷含量为10.45mg.g-1。结论:葛根芩连汤配方颗粒汤剂与饮片汤剂的色谱图基本一致,配方颗粒汤剂中黄芩苷含量均比饮片汤剂高。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To compare the content of baicalin between slice decoction and dispensing granule decoction of Gegenqinlian.METHODS A HPLC method detected baicalin with（280 nm）.Diamonsil C₁₈（（4.6 mm）×（250 mm）,（5 μm）） column was used,the mobile phase was a mixed solution of MeOH-0.05% H₃PO₄（65∶35）.The column temperature was setup at（30 ℃） and the flow rate was（1 mL）·min^-1.RESULTS The content of baicalin in the dispensing granule decoction was（14.69 mg）· g^-1,and in the slice decoction it was（10.45 mg）· g^-1.CONCLUSION The HPLC chromatograms are similar in two forms of Gegenqinlian decoction.The content of baicalin of dispensing granule decoction is higher than that of slice decoction.更多还原
