【摘要】 目的:研究国产依地普仑片在健康人体内的药动学。方法:11名健康志愿者单剂量口服10mg依地普仑片,采用高效液相色谱法测定血浆中依地普仑浓度,并用3P97软件统计处理。结果:依地普仑药-时曲线符合二室模型,其Cmax,Tmax,t1/2,AUC0-132,AUC0-∞分别为(16.8±2.4)μg.L-1,(3.3±0.6)h,(38.8±8.1)h,(605.2±150.8)μg.L-1.h,(660.4±159.1)μg.L-1.h。结论:为临床用药提供参考资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacokinetics of escitalopram oxalate tablets in healthy volunteers.METHODS 11 healthy subjects received a single oral dose of（10 mg） escitalopram oxalate tablets.The plasma concentrations of escitalopram oxalate was determined by an improved HPLC method.Data of plasma level-time were disposed with 3P97 software.RESULTS The main pharmacokinetics parameters of escitalopram oxalate were as follows:C_max（（16.8）±（2.4））μg·L^-1,T_maxwas（（3.3）±（0.65）） h,t_1/2 was（（38.8）±（8.1）） h,AUC_0-132 was（（605.2）±（150.8）） μg·L^-1·h,AUC_0-∞was（（660.4）±（159.1）） μg·L^-1·h.CONCLUSION The study presents a useful information for clinical trials.更多还原
