【摘要】 目的:制备盐酸万乃洛韦分散片。方法:运用微晶纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、交联PVP等辅料制备分散片,测定溶出度,并与普通片进行比较。结果:所筛选处方崩解时限、分散均匀性符合中国药典2000年版规定,制剂质量稳定,溶出度优于普通片。结论:筛选的处方合理,可提高生物利用度。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To prepare dispersible valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets. METHODS The dispersible tablets were prepared with microcrystalline cellulose, CMS-Na, crosspovidone. We compared dissolution between dispersible tablets and ordinary tablets. RESULTS The disintegration time and uniformity of dispersion of dispersible tablets reached the standard of Chp.2000, its quality was stable and dissolution of dispersible tablets was better than ordinary tablets.CONCLUSION The prescription is reasonable and available for improvement of bioavailability.更多还原
