高效液相色谱法测定宁神补心片中丹参酮IIA含量

【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱测定宁神补心片中丹参酮IIA含量的方法。方法利用Lichrospher5C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇水(73∶27);检测波长为270nm;流速为1.6mL·min-1;柱温为30℃。结果进样量在0.208～1.664μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=2.735×107X+8.870×105,r=0.9996,平均回收率为98.54%,RSD为1.33%(n=5)。结论该方法快速简便,准确可靠,灵敏度高,可用于宁神补心片的质量控制。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the content determination of tanshinone IIA in Ningshenbuxin tablets by HPLC.METHODS Lichrospher5-C_~18 column was used,with the mobile phase of methanol-water(73∶27);The detective wavelength was ~270 nm ;the flow rate was ~1.6 mL ·min~-1 ;the column temperature was ~30 ℃ .RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range ~0.208 -~1.664 μg .The regression equation was Y=~2.735 ×10~7 X+~8.870 ×10~5 ,r=~0.999 6 .the average recovery was ~98.54% ,RSD=~1.33% .CONCLUSION This method is very simple,rapid and accurate,and available for quality control of Ningshenbuxin tablets。
