【摘要】 目的:建立中成药金莲抗病毒口服液中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用Phenomenex C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,以水乙腈冰醋酸(94∶5∶1.0)为流动相,检测波长:326 nm,流速l.0 mL·min-1。结果:绿原酸在0.03~0.42 g·L-1之间,与相应的峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.98%,RSD为0.51%(n= 6)。结论:该方法准确、可靠,可用于本制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination the content of chlorogenic acid in Jinlian Kangbingdu oral solution.METHODS A Phenomenx- C_ 18column ( 250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm)was used. The mobile phase was water-acetonitrile-glacial acetic acid (94∶5∶ 1.0). The detection wavelength was 326 nm and flow rate was l.0 mL·min -1.RESULTS The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 98.98%,RSD was 0.51%(n = 6).CONCLUSION The method is reliable,accurate,and suitable for the quality control of Jinlian Kangbingdu oral solution.更多还原
