【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定止痒酊中间苯二酚、水杨酸、苯酚的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Lichrospher C18柱,流动相为甲醇水(48∶52),流速1.0 mL·min-1, 检测波长为270 nm。结果:线性范围:间苯二酚40 ~200 mg·L-1,水杨酸20~100 mg·L-1,苯酚20~100 mg·L-1;日内、日间RSD在0.46%~2.58%,高、中、低浓度回收率在96.83%~104.0%。结论:本方法简便,快速,准确,可用于止痒酊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the three components in the tincture.METHODS RP-HPLC method was used. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Lichrospher C_ 18 column, methanol water(48∶52) as mobile phase, flow rate of 1.0 mL·min -1, detection wavelength 270 nm.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in range of 40- 200 mg·L -1 of resorcinol and 20- 100 mg·L -1 of salicylic acid ,20- 100 mg·L -1 of phenol. The RSD of intra-day and inter-day was within 0.46%- 2.58%. The recoveries of high,medium and low concentration were within 96.83%- 104.0%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.
