【摘要】 目的:初步探讨利福喷丁粉针剂的处方筛选及其安全性。方法:采用正交实验设计,优选高浓度的利福喷丁粉针剂处方,对其溶血性,刺激性,过敏性进行考查。结果:优选出较高浓度利福喷丁粉针剂处方,其安全性符合要求。结论:所得处方合理、安全,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the formulation selection of rifapentine powder and safety tests.METHODS Orthogonal design experiment was employed to optimize the high concentration formulation .With the best formulation selected, we carried out the safety tests: hemolysis test ,venous muscle stimulation test and allergy test.RESULTS The best formulation is obtained and the safety of rifapentine powder is similar to standard .CONCLUSION Formulation selection is reasonable and safe, the experiment provides a basis to further research.更多还原
