川芎中阿魏酸的提取分离

【摘要】目的:研究川芎中阿魏酸的提取工艺。方法:川芎粉碎后用碱性乙醇提取,减压浓缩,盐酸酸化,乙醚萃取,碳酸钠液溶解, 高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定。结果:用7.5倍pH12,90%乙醇提取所得粗品中阿魏酸相对含量为68.49%,收率为0.6568mg·g-1 药材,精制品中阿魏酸相对含量为98.98%,收率为0.25mg·g-1药材。结论:本工艺简单,实用,阿魏酸纯度高。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the extraction process for ferulic acid in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.METHODS The powder of Chuanxiong was extracted by alkaline ethanol ,and the extrac t was concentrated ,purified, and then detemined by HPLC.RESULTS The yield of FA is 0.025%, the purity of FA is 98.98%.CONCLUSION The extraction process is simple, practicable and safe.更多还原
