生化汤对大鼠血液流变性的影响
Effect of Shenghua Tang on hemorheology in rats
【摘要】 目的 研究生化汤时肾上腺素加冰水应激所致急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学的影响,以及对正常大鼠血小板聚集率和黏附 率的影响。方法 ①雌性大鼠随机分为6组,连续灌胃给药8d,除正常外其余组均于第7天皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素再施以冰 水浸泡制作急性血瘀模型大鼠,次日测定全血黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳指数等指标。 ②雌性大鼠随机分为5组,连续给药10d,测定红细胞数,血小板数,血红蛋白浓度以及血小板黏附率和ADP诱导的血小板聚 集率。结果 生化汤中剂量、高剂量能显著降低急性血瘀大鼠全血黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳指数等 指标。同时还能降低正常大鼠的血小板聚集率和血小板黏附率,并提升红细胞数、血红蛋白浓度。结论 生化汤能明显改善 大鼠血液流变性,有显著活血化瘀的功效,同时还有补血养血的作用。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Shenghua Tang on the hemorheology in acute blood-stasis model rats, and the effect of platelet aggregation,platelet conglutination in healthy rats.METHODS ①Female rats were divided into six groups randomly, after being orally given with Shenghua Tang for seven days,except the rats in control group, were soaked in ice water after being injected with adrenalin hydrochloride. Then the viscosity of whole blood, erythrocyte aggregation,erythrocyte hematocrit, erythrocyte electrophoresis were measured.② Female rats were divided into six groups randomly. RBC, Hb, PLT, platelet aggregation, and platelet conglutination induced by ADP were measured after being orally given with Shenghua Tang for ten days. RESULTS Middle and high doses of Shenghua Tang obviously reduced the viscosity of whole blood, erythrocyte aggregation,hematocrit, rigidity, deformability, electrophoresis, platelet aggregation, platelet conglutination, and increased the number of RBC and the content of Hb. CONCLUSION Shenghua Tang can ameliorate hemorheology and enrich blood.
