四川清风藤的化学成分研究
Studies on chemical constituents of Sabia schumanniana
【摘要】 目的研究四川清风藤(SabiaschumannianaDiels.)的化学成分。方法应用色谱技术进行分离,根据理化性质和光谱分析对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果从四川清风藤的95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定出7个化合物,其结构分别为3,11-二氧-△12-齐墩果烯(Ⅰ),11-氧-3β羟基-△12-齐墩果烯(Ⅱ),3β羟基-△9(11),12-齐墩果二烯(Ⅲ),3-氧,△9(11),12-齐墩果二烯(Ⅳ),3p,11α-二羟基△12-齐墩果烯(Ⅴ),5-氧-阿朴菲生物碱(Ⅵ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅱ和Ⅲ为首次从四川清风藤中分离得到。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Sabia schwnanmana Diels.. METHODS The compounds were separated with chromatography techniques and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and physiochemical properties. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from the chloroform fraction extracted from the stems of Sabia schumarauana, Diels. .They were identified as 3, 11-dioxo-olean-12-ene(Ⅰ),11-oxo-3β-hydroxy-olean-12-ene(Ⅱ) , 3β-hydroxy-olean-9 (11) , 12-diene(Ⅲ), 3-oxo-olean-9(11) , 12-diene(Ⅳ) ,3β, 11α-dihydraxy-olean-12-ene(Ⅴ) ,5-oxo oxoaporphinoid alkaloid(Ⅵ) ,β-sitosterol(Ⅶ) .CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅱ and Ⅲ are isolated from Sabia schumamiana. Diels. for the first time.
