中药粉气悬浮臭氧逆流接触灭菌方法的研究

【摘要】 目的臭氧技术应用于中药粉的灭菌。方法采用气悬浮臭氧逆流接触灭菌方法,对砂仁、豆蔻等原生药粉及六味地黄丸等制剂的混合药粉进行灭菌处理,进行灭菌效果观察及工艺条件筛选;选择山茱萸等六味药材的原生药粉,进行流通蒸汽灭菌、干热灭菌、60Co辐射灭菌和臭氧灭菌的比较研究,在统计比较样品灭菌效率的同时,分别对其灭菌前后的X射线衍射光谱(XRD)和红外光谱(IR)进行聚类分析,以探讨化学成分的变异,并对样品中目标成分丹皮酚、熊果酸的含量损失率进行对比分析。结果臭氧灭菌法对样品的灭菌率平均为95.24%,比干热灭菌法高6.81%,稍低于60Co辐照灭菌法和流通蒸汽灭菌法;对样品化学成分的影响较小,其优越性高于流通蒸汽灭菌法和干热灭菌法。结论臭氧技术用于中药粉的灭菌效果稳定,对成分损坏较小,可在常温常压条件下同上下游工序联动操作,是中药大生产中对入药生药原粉在线灭菌的优良方法。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To apply ozone technology in the sterilization of the TCM(traditional Chinese medicine) powder.METHODS By means of air-floating ozone countercurrent-contacted sterilization, the powder of crude Sharen and Doukou and the mixture powder of Liuwei- dihuang pills were sterilized. The sterilization effect was observed, and the processing conditions were selected. Six raw powders in Liuweidi-huang pills were sterilized by dry-heating, circulating steam,60Co and ozone respectively. The chemical components were analyzed before and after the sterilization by XRD and IR, and the results were analyzed to evaluating the changes of the chemical components.The decreasing rate of paeonol and ursolic acid were compared. At the same time, the sterilization efficiency was conducted by statistics and comparison . RESULTS The average sterilization rate of the samples by ozone sterilization method was 95.24% , 6.81% higher than that of sterilized by dry-heating, and slightly lower than that of sterilized by 60Co radioaction and circulating steam. Ozone sterilization method had no obvious influence on the chemical components of raw powders. Ozone had some advantages over dry-heating and circulating steam method in the sterilization efficiency. CONCLUSION Ozone is characterized with a stable sterilization effect and no obvious destoryage. At the same time, it can be operated with the upward and the downward procedures under the ordinary temperature and pressure conditions. It is regarded as an excellent on-line sterilization method of raw powders in the production of TCM.
