牛磺酸对染铅大鼠生长发育和贫血的改善作用

【摘要】 目的探讨牛磺酸(taurine,Tau)对染铅大鼠生长发育和贫血的影响。方法Wistar大鼠随机分为2组,空白对照组和铅染毒组(60 mg·kg-1·d-1的醋酸铅灌胃),然后将已染铅大鼠随机分为4组,即铅对照组、Tau治疗组(200,400,800 mg·kg-1·d-1)。观察各组动物生长状况,测定血铅、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)计数、全血ALAD(δ-氨基-γ-酮戊酸脱水酶)活性、尿液中ALA(δ-氨基-γ-酮戊酸)含量。结果①各Tau治疗组大鼠血铅水平均低于铅对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。②各治疗组大鼠脏器系数与铅对照组比较,Tau 400 mg组中心脏、肺、肾、胸腺、脾的脏器系数和Tau 800 mg组中肾和胸腺的脏器系数显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。③与铅对照组比较,各Tau组Hb含量、RBC和ALAD活性显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);Tau 400,800 mg组尿中排出的ALA显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论Tau对染铅大鼠的生长发育和贫血有明显的改善作用。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the effects of taurine on growth and anaemia in rats exposed to lead.METHODS 8 Wistar rats were designed into blank group and treated with distilled water ig. After being treated with lead acetate(60 mg·kg-1·d-1), 32 rats were divided into four groups. 8 of 32 rats received no treatment as negative control group. The other three group received different dose of taurine (200,400 and 800 mg·kg-1·d-1). Food intake and body weight gain were observed. At the end of the experiment, the rats were killed. The organ coefficients were recorded and the sample of blood were taken for test. RESULTS (1) Blood lead contents in rats treated with taurine were all lower than that of rats in the negative control group( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).(2)The heart, lung, kidney, thymus and spleen coefficients in rats treated with taurine 400 mg·kg-1·d-1 and the liver, kidney and thymus coefficients in rats treated with taurine 800 mg·kg·d-1 were significantly increased, compared with the negtive control group( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). (3) After treating with taurine, the level of blood hemoglobin(Hb) ,RBC and the activities of δ-amlinolevulinic acid dehydratase(ALAD) were obviously restored( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) .The level urine of ALA in rats treated with taurine 400 and 800 mg·kg-1·d-1 were significantly higher than that of the negative control group( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) .CONCLUSION The toxic effects on the growth and hematopoietic activity induced by lead can be obviously ameliorated by treating with taurine in rats.
