高效液相色谱法测定沙棘籽渣中黄酮苷元含量
Determination of flavonoid aglycones in seabuckthorn seed residues by HPLC
【摘要】 目的 检测沙棘籽渣中总黄酮苷元含量。方法 沙棘籽渣甲醇提取物酸水解后用HPLC测定 ,以甲醇 水 (6 0∶4 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 36 8nm ,流速为 1 0mL·min-1;结果 每 10 0g沙棘籽渣中槲皮素、山奈素、异鼠李素的含量分别为 18 5 8,12 2 5 0 ,2 7 6 4mg ,回收率分别为 99 4 7% ,10 3 70 % ,98 5 1% ,结论 用该方法测定沙棘籽渣的黄酮苷元含量具有简单、准确、快速等优点
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the content of total flavonoid aglycone in seabuckthorn seed residues METHODS The contents of flavonoid aglycones were detected by HPLC after methanol extract of seabuckthorn seed residues was hydrolyzed The mobile phase consisted of Methanol H 2 O (60∶40) The detection wavelength was at 368 nm and the flow rate was at 1 0 mL·min -1 RESULTS The contents of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhmnetin were 18 58,122 50 and 27 64 mg in 100 g seabuckthorn seed residues respectively The recoverys of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhmnetin were 99 47%, 103 70% and 98 51 %,respectively CONCLUSION This method was simple, accurate and rapid
