微波提取山楂中总黄酮的正交实验研究

【摘要】 目的 研究不同方法提取山楂中总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法 采用正交实验 ,考察山楂颗粒度 (A)、提取溶剂浓度 (B)、微波辐照时间 (C) 3个因素的影响 ,以总黄酮含量为指标 ,比较微波提取与其他提取方法对总黄酮的提取效果。结果 微波提取优化工艺条件是B1C2 A3 ,微波 索氏联合提取工艺最佳条件为C1B3 A1。结论 微波提取具有提取率高 ,提取速率快 ,提取温度低 ,能量消耗小等特点 ,用于中草药的提取应用前景广阔

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the optimal process of the extraction of flavones with microwave and Soxhlet’s extractor METHODS The extraction of flavones with microwave and other methods were compared basing on the yield of extracts (the content of flavones from Crataegus pinnatifida Bge) Orthogonal experiment was carried out to investigate 3 influential factors granularity of crataegus pinnatifida bge(A), concentration of extractant(B) and microwave radiate time(C) RESULTS The optimal conditions for microwave extraction were B 1 C 2 A 3 , and for those of microwave Soxhlet′s extraction C 1 B 3 A 1 CONCLUSION The microwave extraction can extract more flavones from Crataegus pinnatifida Bge in shorter time with less energy It also shows a promising prospect for leaching the effective constituents from Chinese herbal medicine by using microwave extraction
