【Abstract】 This article introduces public healthcare and community healthcare service in Australia and shows the experience andlessons for public health service in China. The author suggests that (1) to adjust the finance plan and input more money into ruralareas, regional health recourses should be adjusted; (2) to enhance internal management of hospital; (3) to establish special healthinsurance foundation in rural area; (4) to deal with property reform of county hospitals.更多还原
