【Abstract】 For implementing the work of establishing basically modernized hospital put forward by the Health Bureau, JiangsuProvince, the 1st Affiliated Hospital of Nangjing Medical University creates, guided by scientific development view, the basicallymodernized hospital, stresses the idea of “based on human” and explores a new model of humanization services. Externally thishospital takes patients as the center, conducts modernization services and trying to get satisfaction from aspects of “service,technology and environment”.
