【Abstract】 The genome DNA of Wan line Angora rabbits were extracted from froz en whole blood, anticoagulated with heparin- sodium, by the improved phenol/chlo roform method .The results showed that the purity of genome DNA was high. Detec ted by agar sugar gel electrophoresis, the major bands of genome DNA were clear without the phenomenon of long tail.更多还原
