【摘要】 分析长江流域五市儿童医院及三级综合医院2001年至2003年抗感染药物(主要是抗生素药物)使用金额所占百分比、排位资料;以综合性医院抗生素使用情况作为对照,与儿童抗生素使用情况作比较。结果表明:三年中儿童医院抗生素的使用金额均达到或超过全院用药金额的一半以上,三年平均为55.6%;综合医院使用抗生素的金额比例明显低于儿童医院,P值<0.001。说明儿童医院抗生素的滥用较为严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of anti-infection drugs(mainly antibiotics) in children’s hospitals in 5 cities of Yangtze River Drainage Area from year 2001 to 2003 was analyzed with regard to value percentage and ranking in total drug application,and compared with the situation in the 3rd-level general hospitals in the same area.The results showed that during the 3 years,the value of antibiotics used in these children’s hospitals had taken account of 50% or more than 50% of total amount of drug used.The average percentage was 55.6% and it was significantly more than that in general hospitals,p <0.001,which indicated that the abuse of antibiotics was serious in children’s hospitals.更多还原
