【摘要】 顺铂是被广泛用于治疗肿瘤的化疗首选药物。顺铂注射液是含有顺铂(5mg.ml-1)、稳定剂和增溶剂的水溶液。本文研究了顺铂注射液的光稳定性。结果表明顺铂注射液光稳定性很差,在光照下,顺铂注射液会发生光水合反应和光氧化还原反应,最终析出金属铂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cisplatin is widely used in chemotherapy of tumors.Cisplatin Injection is water solution of cisplatin(5mg·ml^-1) with stabilizer and solubilizer in it.The photo-stability of cisplatin injection was studied and poor photo-stability was observed.When the injection was exposed to light,photo-aquation reaction and photo-redox reaction would happen,followed by platinum precipitation.更多还原
