类金刚石碳涂层的钛种植体对小鼠免疫功能影响的研究

【摘要】 目的:检测纯钛表面类金刚石碳涂层材料对小鼠免疫系统的影响。方法:将类金刚石碳钛复合体(DLC-Ti)、纯钛、医用不锈钢分别植入小鼠体内,手术后2,4,6周检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD4、CD8的变化,以及自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性和白介素2(IL-2)产生能力的改变。结果:同纯钛相比,DLC涂层组免疫功能受抑制较轻。结论:DLC-Ti具有比纯钛更好的生物相容性。

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of diamond-like carbon titanium(DLC-Ti) on the immune system in mice.Methods: DLC-Ti,pure Ti,and medical stainless steel were implanted into mice,respectively.The positive rate of CD4 and CD8 and the activity of natural killer cells(NK) and interleukin-2(IL-2) were determined 2,4,and 6 weeks after implantation.Results: The inhibitive effect of DLC coating on the immune system was less severe than that of pure Ti.Conclusion: The good biocompatibility of DLC-Ti indicates the potentiality of using it as a kind of clinical composite implant material.
