钛铸造包埋材料中ZrO2含量对纯钛铸造全冠适合度的影响
Effect of different ZrO2 based investments on the fitness of titanium crown
【摘要】 目的:观察改变铸钛包埋材料中ZrO2的含量对钛全冠适合度的影响。方法:用铜制全冠代型模具制作30个全冠蜡型,随机分成a、b、c、d和e共5组,e组作为对照组,用TitavestCB包埋材料一次性包埋。其余各组内包埋采用自行研制的含有不同配比ZrO2的包埋材料,外包埋采用磷酸盐类包埋材料。利用CYCLARCⅡ型真空压力铸钛设备进行铸造。对所得铸件先检查其完整性,再利用实体显微镜测量钛冠边缘适合度。对各组测量值进行单因素方差分析和两两比较。结果:a、b、c和e组铸件无缺陷,铸件的边缘适合度有显著性差异(P<0.01)。d组铸件有较严重的铸造缺陷。结论:随着包埋材料中ZrO2成分的增加,铸件的适合度下降。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of different contents of ZrO2 based investments on the fitness of pure titanium crown. Methods: Thirty complete crown wax patterns made with a brass die were divided randomly into 5 groups(a,b,c,d,e). Group e as the control was invested with Titavest-CB investment. Other groups were invested with different contents of ZrO2 based investments. After casting, the integrity of castings was examined and the fitness of the margin of the crown was measured with microscopy. All results were subjected to one-way ANOVA and multiple comparison. Results: Group a,b,c, and e had no casting deficiencies, and results of fitness showed significant differences among groups(P<0.01). Group d had obvious casting deficiencies. Conclusion: As the increase of the ZrO2 content in the investment, the fitness of castings reduces.
