【摘要】 目的:研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达与白血病细胞增殖的相关性。方法:应用流式细胞术检测骨髓单个核细胞VEGF蛋白的表达,PI染色测定白血病细胞的增殖指数。结果:急性白血病细胞VEGF表达量比对照组高(P<0.01),与细胞增殖指数呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF在急性白血病的发病过程中可能起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the possible relationship between expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and proliferation indice (PI) of leukemic cells .Methods:Expression levels of VEGF of bone marrow cells from 60 patients with acute leukemia(AL) and 15 controls were analyzed by using flow cytometry(FCM). The proliferation indice was assayed by PI dying. Results:Expression levels of VEGF were higher in AL group than that in normal group(P<0.01), and were correlated with the PI of leukemic cells (P<0.05). Conclusion: The VEGF may play an important role in the pathogenesis of AL.更多还原
