表皮生长因子及其受体mRNA在肺癌组织中的表达

【摘要】 目的: 探讨肺癌组织中表皮生长因子(EGF)及其受体(EGFR)mRNA的表达水平和临床意义。方法:采用半定量RT PCR技术检测 30例肺良性疾病、55例原发性肺癌及癌旁肺组织中EGF、EFGRmRNA的表达水平。结果: 非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织EGFmRNA表达阳性率为 72. 92%,EGFR阳性率为 77. 08%;肺良性病变肺组织EGF阳性率为 6. 67%,EGFR阳性率为 13. 33%; 7例小细胞肺癌 (SCLC)均无EGF、EGFRmRNA阳性表达。在NSCLC中,距癌组织 3cm以内癌旁肺组织EGF阳性率为 77. 08%,EGFR阳性率为 79. 17%; 6cm以远正常肺组织为 10. 42%。NSCLC组织、癌旁肺组织mRNA含量明显高于良性肺疾病、远癌正常肺组织 (P<0.01)。结论: 肺癌组织EGF、EGFRmRNA表达水平显著高于良性疾病肺组织,检测EGF、EGFRmRNA有助于肺部良恶性疾病的鉴别诊断。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the expression level and clinical significance of epidermal gronth factor (EGF) and EGF receptor (EGFR) in lung cancer. Methods: The expression levels of EGF and EGFR mRNA were detected in 30 cases of benign lung lesion and 55 of primary lung cancer with the method of half quantitative RT-PCR method. Results: The positive rates of EGF and EGFR mRNA in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) were 72.92% and 77.08% respectively, while the positive rates of EGF and EGFR in cases of benign lung lesion were 6.67% and 13.33% respectively. There was no positive expression of EGF and EGFR mRNA in 7 cases of small cell lung cancer. The positive rates of EGF and EGFR in tissues within 3 cm from the cancer of NSCLC were 77.08% and 79.17%, while the positive rate was (10.42)% in normal lung tissue which were more than 6 cm from the cancer. The mRNA expression in NSCLC and para-carcinoma tissue were higher than that in normal lung tissue and carcinoma-distal tissue (P<0.01). Conclusion: The mRNA level of EGF and EGFR were higher than that of benign lung lesion. The detection of EGF and EGFR mRNA will be helpful in the differentiation of benign and malignant diseases.
