【摘要】 目的: 探讨MMP- 7基因表达与脊索瘤发生的可能关系。方法:应用免疫组化(S- P)方法,对 18例脊索瘤患者的肿瘤和瘤旁正常组织的MMP -7蛋白表达进行检测。结果:脊索瘤中MMP 7蛋白表达阳性百分比为83. 3% (15 /18),瘤周正常组织为 33. 3% (6 /18),MMP 7蛋白在脊索瘤中表达增高 (P<0.01)。结论:MMP -7蛋白表达改变可能与脊索瘤的发生机制有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the possible relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) and human chordoma, and to determin its effects in tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods: Pari-tumor and cancerous tissues from 18 patients with chordoma were analyzed by using immunohistochemistry(S-P) methods. Results: The positive rate of MMP-7 protein in cancerous tissues was 83.3%(15/18),and 33.3%(6/18) in peri-tumor tissue. Image analysis indicated that statistic difference can be observed between cancerous and peri-tumor tissue (P<0.01). The MMP-7 protein highly expressed in chordoma. Conclusion: High expression of MMP-7 protein in chordoma may be very important in carcinogenesis and invasion of chordoma.更多还原
