【摘要】 目的:了解消化道溃疡肠上皮内淋巴细胞 (iIEL)白细胞介素 4(IL- 4)的分泌能力。方法:利用水浸限制刺激法诱发小鼠消化道溃疡模型,采用ELISA法检测iIEL的IL -4分泌水平。结果:水浸限制刺激诱发消化道溃疡后 4d,iIELIL- 4分泌水平升高,但与正常对照组相比未见显著性差异。结论:消化道溃疡肠上皮内淋巴细胞的IL- 4产生水平未见明显变化。IL- 4在溃疡早期愈合过程中可能不起主要作用,并进一步证明iIEL分泌的Th1细胞因子在消化道溃疡恢复中的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the activity of interleukin-4(IL-4)secretion of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (iIEL) in digestive ulcer. Methods: ELISA technique was used to examine the IL-4 level secreted by iIEL from the animal model with experimental digestive ulcer induced by water immersion restrain stress. Results: The level of IL-4 secreted by the iIEL was increased on the 4th day after the stress, but no significant changes were observed when compared with the normal group. Conclusion: The IL-4 secretion showed no significant changes. IL-4 may play little role in early concrescence of ulcer. Then it has further proved Th1 type cytokines by iIEL play an important role during the concrescence of gastrointestinal ulcer.更多还原
