【摘要】 目的:研究3H TdR掺入法和流式细胞术法研究指标的相关性, 探讨用流式细胞术法来替代3H-TdR掺入法的数据依据。方法: 用3H -TdR掺入法和流式细胞术法对细胞DNA合成和有丝分裂进行检测。结果: 流式细胞仪指标与3H-TdR掺入实验指标呈高度的正相关关系, 相关系数分别为: PI与cpm相关系数为r=0. 964;SPF与3H TdR,掺入的相关悉数r=0. 876,且经检验有统计学意义 (P<0. 01 )。结论:主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖指数、S期细胞分数与3H TdR掺入值密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the correlation in the indexes between the ~3H-TdR incorporation and flow cytometry. Methods:Synthesis of DNA in cells and mitogenesis were examined by using ~3H-TdR incorporation and flow cytometry separately.Results:The indexes between flow cytometry and ~3H-TdR incorporation were highly correlated. The correlative coefficient between PI and cpm was r=0.964, and that between S phase cell fraction (SPF) and index of ~3H-TdR incorporation was r=0.876 (P<0.01).Conclusion:Proliferative index of aorta smooth muscular cells, SPF, and index of ~3H-TdR incorporation were closely correlated.更多还原
