心力衰竭现代治疗的现状调查
Investigation on the actuality of the modern treatment of the heart failure.
【摘要】 目的了解心力衰竭病人现代治疗的临床用药现状。方法列表登记患者的临床诊断,用药名称、剂量、时间以及治疗转归。结果ACE抑制剂出院时使用率为75.4%;β受体阻滞剂出院时使用率为38.8%;利尿剂使用率为55.2%;地高辛使用率为34.7%;磷酸二酯酶抑制剂使用率为8.8%。结论ACE抑制剂及β受体阻滞剂在使用率及剂量上均与理想状态存在很大差距。
【Abstract】 Objective:To know the actuality of the modern medicine treatment of the heart failure.Methods:To enrol the clinic diagonosis、drugs name of used、dosage、used time and treatment effect of the patients.Results:ACE inhibitor was used in 75.4% patients during out-patients; β-receptor blocker was used in 38.8%; diuretic was used in 55.2%;digoxin was used in 34.7%;phosphodiesterase inhibitor was used in 8.8%.Conclusions:There is great difference between practice and ideality in rate of use and dosage of ACE inhibitors and β-receptor blocker.
