促红细胞生成素在早产儿贫血中的应用
Application of rh-EPO on anemia of premature.
【摘要】 目的:探讨重组人类红细胞生成素(rh-EPO)防治早产儿贫血的疗效。方法:将68例早产儿按入院顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,治疗组用rh-EPO每周750IU/kg,隔日1次,皮下注射共6周,加常规治疗,必要时输血,对照组仅用常规方法治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后网织红细胞计数(Ret)较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),两组早产儿出生后血红蛋白(HB)均逐渐下降,但治疗组下降缓慢,治疗结束后两组差异非常显著(P<0.001);血清铁(SI)水平在治疗期间治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗结束后差异缩小(P<0.05);治疗组输血率(11.76%)较对照组(38.23%)明显减少(P<0.05)。观察期末治疗组体重增长的速率较对照组高。结论:rh-EPO能有效防治早产儿贫血,无明显副作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of preventing rh-EPO anemia of premature by rh-EPO.Methods:According to their order of entering the hospital to divide all the 68 prematures into 34 cases in curing group and 34 cases in control group randomly, the curing group use rh-EPO (750 IU/kg) every week,every other day have a hyodermic for 6 weeks, along with the routine treatment(vitamin E 25mg/d,vitamin C (0.2 g/d), elenment iron 6mg/kg.d),and transfusion if it is possible,for the control group,only use the routine treatment.Results:After the treatment, the Ret of the curing group is higher than control group (P<0.01), Hb of the two groups are both dropped, but the curing group’s speed is slower.The differences between the two group are very distinctness after treatment(P<0.001),the serum iron level of the curing group is lower than control group during the treatment (P<0.01),the differences are reduced after the treatment (P<0.05).the rate of transfusion in curing group(11.76%) is decreased obvious than control group (38.23%) (P<0.05).There were statistical significant difference between these two groups in the rate of weight gain(P<0.05).Conclusions:rh-EPO can prevent and cure the premature anemia effectively,and have no side-effect.
