【摘要】 目的将皮肤软组织扩张术应用于肌腱、神经损伤后修复。方法临床应用18例,患者均为伤后晚期,皮肤及深部肌腱、神经均需修复。利用软组织扩张术,首先重建皮肤软组织;扩张器取出时,同期进行肌腱粘连松解术15例,肌腱及正中神经或尺神经游离移植术3例。结果术后6个月随访,重建的皮肤在色泽、质地、弹性、耐磨程度等方面均与正常接近,同期进行的肌腱松解术优良率84.6%(TAM标准)。结论皮肤软组织扩张术为肌腱、神经损伤后二期修复提供高质量的皮肤覆盖,避免了传统的皮瓣移植方法带来的供区损伤,缩短了治疗疗程,同时获得了满意的肌腱修复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To use the skin and soft tissue expansion in tendon and nerve repair. Method The skin and soft tissue expansion was performed in 18 patients. Firstly, the skin and soft tissue was expanded by tissue expander; after taking out the expander, tenolysis in 15 patients,tendon and nerve graft in 3 patients were preformed simultaneously. Results Follow up was performed at 6 months post-operatively, the reconstructed skin was near to normal one in colour、texture、 elasticity and wear-resisting. The overall excellent and good rate was 84.6%(ATM standard)in tenolysis. Conclusions The skin and tissue expansion provides high quality of skin and soft tissue coverage for tendon and nerve repair . It can not only avoids extra trauma in donar area and reduce therapeutic course,but also gains good clinical results in tendon and nerve repair.更多还原
