【摘要】 目的　探讨膝骨性关节炎保守治疗中透明质酸(Hyaluronan, HA)关节腔注射的作用。方法　57人 87个关节采用HA(ARTZ )关节腔注射, 1次 /周,共 5次一疗程。对膝关节功能改善状况分几个方面进行评估,并进行统计学检验。结果　注射药物以后在安静疼、步行疼、上下楼疼方面有非常明显的改善;对下蹲功能亦有非常明显的改善;X线Ⅱ期者膝功能改变明显;在分组检验中第 3组(≥60岁visualanalogscale>50mm)治疗前后膝关节改善最明显。结论　HA关节腔注射对改善膝骨性关节炎功能及疼痛是有效和安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of th e injection of Hyaluronan(HA) into joint cavity in the therapy of knee osteoarth ritis. Methods To inject ARTZ  into knee joint cavity, once per week, five times as one period of treatment, then evaluate the improvement o f the knee joint function. Results After the injection of HA, t here are significant improvements in quiet pain,walking pain, pain on climbing s tairs and also in squatting function. The improvement of knee joint function in group 3(age ≥ 60 Visual analog scale>50mm) is most significant. Conclus ion The injection of HA into joint cavity is effective and safe in impr oving the function of knee osteoarthritis and alleviating pain.更多还原
