【摘要】 介绍了采用CSP工艺技术轧制花纹板的优势及技术难点。根据产品特点,在开发中重新建立了卷取机张力控制模型,增设了卷取人机界面;并根据该生产线工艺特点,确定了合理的工艺参数,制定了花纹板工艺操作方案,提供了花纹辊槽尺寸公差和刻辊工艺改进方法。实践证明,在CSP线自主开发生产花纹板尺寸精确、表面光洁度高、花纹整齐均匀,可满足不同用户需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Superiority and difficulties of developing checkered plates in the CSP process are introduced. The tension controlling model of coilers are rebuilt according to the product characteristics and the man-machine platform is added. According to the product characteristics, the reasonable process parameters are made and operating procedure of check end plates is set down. The size tolerance of checkered roller troughs and means mending of roll are presented. It proves that the checkered plates developed and manufactured independently CSP production line is accurate in size, high in smoothness on its surface, regular and symmetrical in figure.
