【摘要】 根据脱硫喷枪实际应用中出现的纵裂纹烧穿问题,分析了喷枪覆盖层浇注料性能要求,通过原材料的选择分析、浇注料配方的调整实验与性能优化试验,研制了性能优良的覆盖层浇注料,并在工业性对比试验中,取得了延长喷枪使用寿命24.8%的优良效果。随着喷枪制备与维护技术的不断完善,使喷枪的实际使用寿命延长了3倍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the longitudinal crack and burnout problem of injection lance, the performance demands of injection lance covered castable were analyzed. The covering castable with excellent performance was developed through choosing analysis of raw material, adjusting test of castable prescription and optimizing test of performance. The excellent results with prolonging life-span 24 8% were obtained in industrial parallel experiment. The actual using life-span has prolonged 3 times with the perfection of manufacturing and preserving technology of lance.更多还原
